KYVC Coordinators Forum Minutes
The KYVC Coordinators oversee how their institution or agency is portrayed on the KYVC
website, including the management of the course catalog display. See the technical process
of creating a course or program in the KYVC course catalog in this flowchart.
In addition, they coordinate KYVC-related activities within their respective institutions, such as:
- disseminating KYVC information,
- soliciting new courses and programs,
- overseeing the processing of student applications and registrations,
- seeking funds to develop new courses and programs, and
- providing overall support of training and technical assistance to faculty and staff.
The KYVC Coordinators now meet quarterly to discuss these and other issues with KYVC staff and the minutes are
archived here as .pdf files (use the Acrobat
